Living Zen – Red Mountain Way follows the evolving spiritual journey of Teàrlach Eshū Martin Kilgour (formerly Eshu Karl Martin), a Rinzai Zen Priest and guiding teacher of the Zenwest Buddhist Society. His path weaves together Zen practice, trancework, ancestral healing, and Gaelic cultural reclamation.
A longtime guide and teacher, Eshū has served as the Spiritual Health Coordinator for Victoria Hospice and now offers support through Monarch Trancework — blending meditation, hypnotherapy, NLP, shamanic journeywork, and ceremonial healing with and without plant spirit medicines.
He is a dedicated learner and teacher of Gàidhlig (Scottish Gaelic), and a founding director of Cinneadh nan Gàidheal — a grassroots initiative supporting the revitalization of Gaelic language, story, and kinship in the diaspora and beyond.
Through dharma talks, trancework sessions, and reflections, this podcast offers medicine from many streams — rooted in compassion, culture, and connection.
